ABOUT
EMPIRE Group Homes, LLC is a Residential Behavioral Health Group Home for adolescent girls located in Ahwatukee, Arizona. Love and compassion go a long way and that is what we offer. Our goal is to redirect the behavior and thinking of our youth who have faced and still face many unsolicited challenges in their lives. EMPIRE can accommodate the needs of emergency out of home placement if needed.
Growth and healing is essential. EMPIRE offers direct one on one and group counseling/therapy with respite, behavioral health, animal and equestrian therapeutic services. Services also include, medication assistance, educational guidance planning, mentor ships, tutoring, group and family therapy, visitations, health and wellness. No two youth are the same which is why we also accommodate based off individual needs.

For the older youth, we teach skills regarding job searching, finances, cooking, living independent, college guidance and direction. We help them carve out a path to be successful and productive members of society.

Private and shared rooms are currently available. Our home houses up to 5 girls. E.M.P.I.R.E. staff is available 24/7 with access to doctors and nurses as needed.
